Weight Loss

I recently lost alot of weight, in little time and i'm still going. i was 143- now i'm 124.6 :) My goal weight is 110 or less. You're probably wondering "HOW DID YOU LOOSE IT?" well it wasn't as easy as you think. First let me start off by telling you, I do not have an eating disorder. It took me a little less than 4 weeks, i really worked myself. Basically i cut out ALLLL junk food. (Goodbye chips) I eat no salt whatsoever, because it will just turn to fat. as well as sugar. I should probably mention that i'm lactose and tolerant, so no milk products for me,  & i'm Vegan, but i do eat fish.. I only eat whole wheat or 12 grain  bread if i decide to make toast or sandwhich. Only 2 fruit per.day <That had to be one of the biggest challenges, + getting your hour or more workout or walk/run/jog in everyday ... especially if you have a busy life.
